Automated Vision Inspection for Bottle Closure Integrity

The Q:Check Cap Verification system inspects flat and sipper caps on beverage bottles for cap presence and height, intact tamper ring, dust cap presence and fill level. The fully automated visual control of the cap area prevents drink contamination and spillage.

The Camsensor smart camera inspects the passing product at very high production rates. Even at high speed lines, failed closures are detected reliably. The reject signal for faulty caps can be instant or delayed, so the product can be rejected at any suitable point on the production line.

Operators use the Camconsole touchscreen to set up new products and closure types. All production data can be accumulated and logged logged, using the Camlink management & control database. It provides efficient monitoring for the complete capping process.
